Welder Requirements

• At least 1 year of welding experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Welder Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components into finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Measure, align, and secure parts using precision tools
• Operate MIG and wire welding equipment on a variety of metals
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Meet production goals while following all safety procedures
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift
