The position involves reading specs, selecting materials, and ensuring proper equipment adjustments. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years of machine operator experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to follow specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machinery per specifications, adjusting speed and temperature for different wire sizes.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with changeovers to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervision.
