We are hiring a hands-on Weld Training Team Leader to lead hands‑on training and skill development for production welding teams in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role plays a critical part in building a high‑performing workforce by training new hires, upskilling employees, and ensuring consistent weld quality across operations. You will partner closely with operations leadership, lead welders, and Talent Acquisition to assess skills, support hiring decisions, and improve training effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong production welding expertise with structured training capability and a passion for developing others. This is a high‑impact, visible role that directly influences quality, safety, and operational performance.
Problem Solving: Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process‑related issues; applies structured problem‑solving approaches in diverse situations.
