Weld Tester 1st Shift - Temporary Summer Help

Full-time

Compensation: USD 18 - USD 19 hourly

Temporary first shift opportunity. 4‑10 hour days, 6:15 am to 4:45 pm Monday‑Thursday. Overtime potential.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect pressurized tanks by submerging in water or filling larger tanks with water, checking for leaks and defects.
• Perform repetitive lifting of materials and product up to 50 lbs.
• Work at a steady pace to keep the welding line running smoothly, with no bottlenecks.
• Operate air tools, hoists, hand tools, grinders, sanders, weld torch, etc.
• Know and understand blueprints, identify welding defects, use weld gauges.
• Safety conscious, team player, quality‑minded, good work habits, and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED (training will be provided).
• Welding experience preferred.
