Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Alto, GA is seeking a Weld Robot Operator to run robotic welding cells in our precision sheet metal facility. You’ll load parts, set up fixtures, monitor weld cycles and verify weld quality using gauges and visual inspection.

You will read blueprints, follow detailed work instructions and perform basic robot adjustments and preventive maintenance while supporting safety, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on advanced fabrication equipment.
