Job summary

Autokiniton seeks a Sr. Weld Engineer to drive new welding technologies for upcoming products. You will support operations with equipment knowledge and contribute to departmental goals with measurable metrics.

The role is full-time within the Engineering team, reporting to the Technical Services Manager, offering relocation assistance and growth opportunities through tuition reimbursement and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands on experience in manual and automated welding processes.

Sr. Weld Engineer

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Develop new welding technologies related to new products requirement.
• Support Operations in acquiring the needed level of equipment knowledge.
• Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands on experience in manual and automated welding processes

SHIFT TIMES:

• 1st shift 6a-2p
• 3rd shift 10p-6a

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Engineering team and reports to the Technical Services Manager.
