Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in engineering or related roles.
• Experience in heavy equipment or automotive assembly with Lean/Six Sigma.

• Develop work instructions and preliminary line balance for new products.
• Improve and maintain assembly documentation.
