Job summary

Ensures specified quality assurance standards are met.**This is a 6-month contract position**What we are looking for:- High School diploma or GED - Post-secondary education preferred, or related experiencePreferred qualifications:- Perform plasma cutting, grinding, and polishing - Multitask, handle stress, implement advice, avoid distractions, adapt to changes, and work well with others - Follow work instructions and routines to comply with TS16949 requirements - Manage workload, schedule, break times, productivity, and teamwork - Able to be flexible in hours of work on short notice in order to meet internal/external customer requirements, scheduled and nonscheduled overtime shifts, etc. Work extended hours and altered schedules to provide coverage for production requirements and scheduled time off - Possible Shift Work - Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred - Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Operate standard office equipment preferred## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
