Job summary

Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a welding department team member on 1st shift to operate spot welders and robotic weld centers, following established work orders and production schedules.

You will perform quality inspections, identify defects to ensure parts meet company and customer standards, and maintain a strong focus on safety while communicating with supervisors and team leads to keep operations smooth and efficient.
