Strength/Conditioning or Personal Training Certification Required

Must have Coaching certification, CPR, and 1st aide. Also do concussion on line class and rules and regulation.

Must have a national BCI, complete a W-4, and complete an I-9 which requires us to see in person either a valid passport or BOTH a drivers license and social security card or drivers license and birth certificate. FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED IN PERSON IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE PRIOR TO HIRE.
