Perdue Foods is seeking a WPL Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Milford, DE. You will help set up production lines, palletize, support box room operations, and ensure products are prepared and delivered with quality and care.

The role offers a base rate of $17.75 per hour, with pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable, plus an annual bonus based on performance. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse preferred.

Summary

Step into a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the products customers rely on every day. As a WPL Production Associate, you will play a key part in keeping our production and distribution operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. From setting up production lines to palletizing, supporting box room operations, and handling totes, you will help ensure products are prepared, packaged, and delivered with quality and care. You will be part of a team that values safety, consistency, and teamwork, with clear processes and high standards guiding everything we do. This position has a base rate of $17.75 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
