Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in Marion, IA. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.

The role requires the ability to install underground telecommunications cabling, operate construction equipment, and maintain clean work areas. You will communicate with the team and complete daily production reports in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration.
