Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a retail merchandiser to execute planograms, resets, display setups, and product rotation across assigned stores. This role focuses on ensuring displays align with brand standards and drive shopper engagement during daytime retail hours.

You will report hours via a mobile-friendly portal, maintain retailer certifications, and collaborate with store managers and district staff.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations (30–60 miles).
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and use basic hand tools.
• Effective communication with customers and store staff.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, stocking shelves, light dusting and cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and product rotation for brands
• Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with planograms
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet
• Maintaining retailer-specific online certifications as necessary
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours
• Adapt to changing work schedule (occasional evening or weekend shifts; some projects allow self-scheduling)
