Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse/powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and contract requirements.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle related paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
