Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fresh departments. You will build positive connections with customers and teammates, share product knowledge, and help customers find what they need while maintaining attractive displays.

This role requires lifting and standing for long periods and collaboration across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery. You’ll join a team that values safety, efficiency, and friendly, helpful service, with opportunities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
