Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Roswell is seeking compassionate CNAs in Mableton, GA. We offer weekly pay with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, day and night shifts available, and competitive hourly pay.

The CNA will assist with bathing, grooming, transportation, meals, medication reminders, mobility, and companionship, while maintaining records and communicating changes to the Care Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Background check must be clean and verifiable.
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting required.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9: 2 forms of ID).
• CPR/First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required.
• Formal training or home care experience (6 months) preferred.
• CNA license is desired.

Responsibilities

• Bath, Groom, and Dress clients with dignity.
• Provide transportation and run errands (pharmacy, grocery).
• Provide meals and light housekeeping as needed.
• Medication reminders and supervision as required.
• Assist mobility and toileting; ensure safety.
• Offer companionship during activities and visits.
• Maintain detailed service records via online portal.
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bath/Groom/Dress
• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)
• Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance
• Toiletry assistance
• Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks)
• Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client's current conditions through our online portal
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

Job Requirements:

• Clean criminal background check
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation with insurance
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card
• Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired
• CPR + First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required
• CNA License desired
