Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an entry-level General Service Technician/Mechanic in Fountain Creek. The role offers an hourly wage of $18–$22 and full-time hours with weekends off, plus paid vacation and holidays.

You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and complete inspections while following safety standards. We value a positive attitude and teamwork to deliver quality guest experiences in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no formal experience required.
• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform maintenance and repair services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively as part of a team.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA).
• Assist in housekeeping functions as directed by management.
• Communicate the extent of damage or malfunctions to the service department clearly.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
