Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children in Pasadena, TX and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules and consistent hours with 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license (TX)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in pediatric/home health is a plus
• Preferred: pediatric home health experience; Trach/ventilator experience

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assess patient condition and monitor health status.
• Educate families and caregivers on care plans and treatments.
• Follow the plan of care and document observations accurately
