Job summary

Right at Home is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home support. Join a team dedicated to helping clients remain safe and independent at home with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

You’ll provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes, following individualized care plans and collaborating with a supportive local office. We offer same-day pay, mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel, and opportunities for pay increases as you advance.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Experience providing personal care and daily living activities.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, gait belt use, and equipment handling.
• Prepare meals, provide companionship, light housekeeping, and accompany to appointments.
• Provide transportation to errands and medical visits as needed.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with range-of-motion activities.
• Assist with glucose monitoring, Foley care, hospice support when trained.
• Follow care plans and report changes or safety concerns.

What You'll Do

• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient, and professional caregivers
• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience
• Reliable attendance and clear communication
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, transfers, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care, companionship, meal preparation, or light housekeeping is valuable
