You’ll use lesson plans, teach through games and drills, keep kids engaged, and communicate professionally with parents and staff. Available weekend work and a friendly, supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct sports classes on Saturdays and Sundays for ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.
• Maintain a fun, positive learning environment.
• Ensure safety and supervision of all participants.
• Communicate professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.
• Set up, organize, and break down equipment before and after classes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
