i9 Sports is seeking an energetic Youth Soccer Official to help deliver a fun, safe, and engaging weekend experience for players, coaches, and families at our Brighton location. You will officiate games, maintain fair play, and contribute to a smooth, organized game day.

Must be 16+ with weekend availability; training is provided to learn soccer rules. The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude while staying active during games.

Responsibilities

• Officiate games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun
• Create a positive and engaging environment for players, coaches, and parents
• Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day
• Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support
• Lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as part of game day operations

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Officials who are passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and high-quality experience for players, coaches, and families. This is a weekend-only position, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
