Job summary

Soccer Shots Orlando is a leader in youth soccer enrichment, providing engaging, high-energy soccer instruction for children ages 2–8. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our team for the upcoming season in a part-time, weekends-only role.

This position offers flexible hours with morning and evening slots on Saturdays and Sundays, opportunities to grow into lead coach roles, and the chance to make a positive impact in the community while working with families across Orange and

Qualifications

• Must be available Saturday or Sunday, mornings and/or evenings.
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Soccer or coaching experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation to multiple field locations in Orange/Seminole County.
• Ability to pass a background check (DCF required)
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment
• Communicate with parents and site staff as needed
• Set up and break down equipment for each session
• Represent Soccer Shots Brevards values and mission
• Lead up to 12 kids per session
