Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking part-time coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions for children aged 2–8 at our Dover locations. You’ll set up equipment, guide players through activities, and reinforce positive character development using our proven curriculum.

We value safety, reliability, and energy. No degree required; weekends are common with flexible scheduling and opportunities for bonuses based on performance and parent feedback.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Energetic, reliable and responsible.
• Committed to safety.
• No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum to teach soccer skills and character development.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers.
