Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead safe, engaging classes for children aged 2–8. No prior coaching experience is required, and you’ll follow a simple weekly curriculum to develop motor skills and character.

You’ll arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment and participate in team meetings. This role offers flexible hours, paid training, and seasonal bonuses, with opportunities to grow within our supportive franchise network and help kids fall in love

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback and use creativity to keep sessions engaging.
