Vivo Healthcare Lakeland is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility on a full-time or part-time basis in Lakeland, Florida. The role focuses on delivering wound care, documenting progress, and collaborating with wound care physicians to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualified candidates must hold a Florida Registered Nurse license, have CPR certification, and ideally possess wound care training or certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Florida RN license and CPR certification is required.
• Wound care certification preferred; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all nursing services personnel are following their respective job descriptions.
• Participate in the maintenance and implementation of the Facility’s quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department.
• Provide wound care to residents and document
• Round with wound care physician
• Update wound reports
