Job summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a part-time Assisted Living Wellness Nurse - LPN to join the team on weekends at our Phoenix, AZ community. The nurse will administer quality nursing services per the plan of care under physician orders and Health Services Director guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, valid LPN/LVN certification, and first aid/CPR/BLS. Weekend availability and a passion for serving seniors are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and a passion to serve seniors.
• Weekend availability is required for this part-time weekend role.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations under the Assisted Living Director.
• Supervises Medication Technicians and Caregivers.
• Reports supervisory or performance concerns to the Assisted Living Director.
• Assesses residents to identify physical and psychosocial needs.
• Documents nursing interventions and resident responses.
• Assists with medication management and care plans.
