Job summary

Soccer Shots Brevard is seeking enthusiastic, reliable coaches for weekend sessions at multiple Brevard County locations. You will lead age-appropriate soccer classes for children aged 2-8, foster a supportive environment, and coordinate with parents and site staff.

The role is part-time and weekends-only, ideal for students or professionals who enjoy working with kids. Training and ongoing support are provided as part of a values-driven team at Soccer Shots Brevard.

Qualifications

• Must be available Saturday or Sunday mornings and/or evenings.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Soccer or coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation to multiple field locations in Brevard County.
• Ability to pass a background check (DCF required).
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills.

Weekends and Weeknights

• Saturday & Sunday Mornings: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Weeknights: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Weekdays mornings

Soccer Shots brevard is a leader in youth soccer enrichment, providing engaging, high-energy soccer instruction for children ages 2-8. Our mission is to positively impact children's lives through the game of soccer.

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic coaches to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a part-time, weekends-only position, perfect for students, teachers, athletes, or anyone passionate about working with children and making a difference in the community.

The Job:

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30-45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
