Job summary

Belove It Care in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a dedicated Weekday and Weekend RN or LPN to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform treatments as ordered, and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure in Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
Ability to work full-time including days, evenings, and weekends.
Experience with tracheostomy (trach care) and G-tube (feeding tube) preferred.
Ventilator experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including medications and vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare team.
Maintain accurate records of care and medication administration.
Support quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
Collaborate with patients and families to ensure smooth care transitions.
