Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is hiring part-time Weekend Warrior Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for evening 3-11 pm shifts at Hackett Hill in New Hampshire. Weekend schedules require 50-52 weekends per year.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for this position. The LNA provides direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, assisting with ADLs and participating in care planning. Benefits include multiple insurance options, 401K, paid time off, and access to on-demand pay.

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
• Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.
