Job summary

Azria Health Clarinda is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a compassionate team providing quality resident care.

The role requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday, 6a-10p) with a 32-hour schedule paid as 40 hours, and a focus on teamwork. Full-time benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, and holiday pay. We offer training and support for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification in Iowa.
• Weekend availability for Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents.
