GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Weekend 3rd Shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coach performance. The role requires coordinating with leadership and other departments to maintain service levels.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility to work weekends. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
