Job summary

Job&Talent US is recruiting for a Material Handler in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves picking customer orders, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will use RF scanners and a warehouse management system to update stock and orders, with weekend shifts and potential for permanent hire into leadership roles. Competitive benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production tracking, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a 3PL environment.
• Familiarity with picking and packing operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically during shift.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.

Responsibilities

• Navigate warehouse aisles to locate items using digital picking sheets or RF scanners.
• Box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications to ensure damage-free delivery.
• Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management software to update real-time stock levels and order statuses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station while ensuring materials are fully stocked.
