Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Material Handler for the Weekend 1st Shift (Friday–Monday, 7:00am–6:00pm) to move material and inventory, use hand trucks and other equipment, and support daily warehouse operations.

At a minimum you’ll need to be at least 18, able to perform basic math, and read safety rules; 1 year of warehouse experience and willingness to overtime are preferred. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, you’ll need to be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products as needed.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean work environment.
• Stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
