Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Pittston facility. You will handle, store, and distribute automotive glass products, receive shipments, and fulfill orders in a safe, fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m. You will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, maintain inventory records, and follow OSHA safety guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to lift up to 75 pounds, with

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow proper handling and safety procedures to minimize product damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and properly storing materials.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient operations.

Jo b Summary : The PGW Auto Glass Warehouse Employee is responsible for handling, storing, and distributing automotive glass products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Use of safety PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots as required .
• Handling fragile automotive glass products requiring precision and caution.

Compensation: $21.50 /hour with $2.00 shift differential
