Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Operations Associate for a Weekend Shift (Friday–Monday). The role focuses on safe, accurate handling of fragrance/non-precious merchandise, including picking, packing, replenishment and shipping tasks.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, performing physical duties—lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs, and moving items in a non-climate controlled facility—while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing.
• Entry level warehouse or production work experience is acceptable.
• Basic level use of desktop computer and RF devices.
• Able to perform basic math operations.
• Able to operate equipment safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs and merges orders.
• Rebags/retickets, replenishes and stocks merchandise.
• Loads/unloads trailers, scans merchandise, builds pallets and labels.
• Verifies accuracy of production or location; may set locations of products.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
