Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Worker to accurately receive, pick, pack, and ship products while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role requires using RF terminals, following customer order specs, and maintaining neat work areas.

You will perform inventory counts, operate warehouse equipment as needed, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines. 0–2 years of warehouse experience, attention to detail, and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping.
• Determine product destination by scanning packages and verifying numbers.
