Sequoia Living, Inc. is seeking a Valet to assist residents with parking and vehicle care in our Bay Area garage. You will greet residents, handle requests, and ensure safe, courteous service in a fast-paced setting.

Weekend availability is required. Duties include helping residents with entering/exiting cars, reporting incidents, and maintaining order in the garage and office area. A California driver’s license and clean record are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year work experience.
• California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic English reading, writing and numerical ability.

Responsabilités

• Meet residents or receive requests to park or retrieve cars.
• Attend to valet parking needs from messages left on answering machine and from the receptionist.
• Assist residents in entering and leaving vehicles.
• Report accidents and maintenance needs to the Director of Maintenance Services.
• Maintain files related to parking locations and report safety concerns.
• Keep office area and garage neat; clean fluids and oils from leaking vehicles.
• Monitor parking areas for safety; perform as security during weekend shift; on-call as needed; perform other duties.
