Job summary

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area seeks experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for weekend shifts. Join the UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care network across PA and WV.

We offer a collaborative team, EPIC EMR, on-site X-ray, and flexible scheduling to support vacation and wellness needs. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree and certification for PA or NP, with sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• 1 year full-time emergency medicine OR 2 years urgent care; may consider 2 years family medicine.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casting, splints).
• Experience treating patients from newborns to adults in acute care.
• PA requires Master's degree and NCCPA; NP requires Master's and ANCC/AANP.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for a wide range of clinical concerns.
• Work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with anchor/home center and nearby centers.
• Collaborate with Rad Tech and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader.
• Join the UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care network and contribute to a fast‑growing practice.
