OPS Security Group is seeking a Part-time Weekend Unarmed Security Officer in Edison, NJ. The role requires SORA, weekend shifts, and a commitment to safety and customer service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license (DL) and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of armed security experience recommended.
• Must pass PAT and ASO course; background check and urinalysis screening.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and OPS training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies in fast-paced environments.
• Perform security patrols and deter crime.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Maintain professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers.
• Assist in de-escalation and safety incident resolution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
