Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Golden Valley, MN for a split shift schedule. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment and delivering professional customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, English communication skills, and a valid driver's license. You will perform patrols, observe and report hazards, and follow client and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in screening process (drug screen and background)
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Post dress code may vary from a suit and tie, or tactical.
