Job summary

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gold Beach, Oregon. The position emphasizes weekend shifts and requires independent work with a primary location in Gold Beach, OR, with possible float coverage to Brookings.

The role offers coastal living on the Southern Oregon Coast, competitive weekly pay, and a supportive team from Ardor Health Solutions. Oregon PT licensure and BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Physical Therapist with mobility and functional goals focus.
• Willingness to travel and work weekend-focused schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfers, and functional limitations.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and long-term mobility goals.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
