American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a CT & X-Ray Technologist for a weekend shift assignment in the United States. The role requires ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications and at least 3 years of experience, with a 13-week term and 36 guaranteed hours weekly.

The position entails performing CT and X-Ray exams, setting up imaging rooms, and maintaining patient confidentiality while communicating effectively with patients and staff. No on-call duties.

Qualifications

• ARRT registry graduate with ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Active state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic imaging department performing both CT and X-Ray examinations.
• 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours.
• Shift schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• No call requirements.
• Perform CT and X-Ray examinations including producing radiographs, evaluating exposure and positioning, scheduling exams, and instructing patients on exam preparation.
• Set up and organize imaging rooms for radiographic procedures.
• Reports directly to the Imaging Services Manager.
• Requires strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and staff while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Must be able to problem-solve and adapt to continually changing conditions.
