A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a Weekend Team Lead to support operations in the Pittsburgh area. This role offers leadership experience, extra weekend income, and a path toward management. Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM, based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed.
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met.
• Training and coaching team members.
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise.
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals.
• Placing weekly supply orders.
• Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates.
• Working closely with the Account Manager.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.
