Job summary

Cain Petroleum is seeking a Swing Shift Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service and handle purchases efficiently. You will greet customers, process cash and card payments, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining calibration with shift invoicing and reports.

Responsibilities include counting cash, dispensing lottery tickets, verifying age for restricted items, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and organized. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and/or training in a retail or cash-handling environment is preferred.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process cash and card payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Record opening/closing coin counts and lottery reports.
• Prepare hot food and dispense lottery tickets.
• Verify customer age for alcohol, cigarettes, or lottery purchases.
• Maintain and restock store supplies and inventory.
• Complete cleaning duties and report suspicious activity.
• Close store when needed and follow Chevron Customer First standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
