Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with RN license.
• Six months to two years of OR or related nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team, strong critical thinking, and commitment to professional development.
• No call requirements; weekend/holiday coverage may be scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Support a safe environment and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
