Job summary

Award Care Health Group is seeking a qualified Weekend RN Supervisor to join our family-focused facility. If you are caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality resident care, we want to talk with you.

Shift available: Every weekend (Double Shift). You will supervise staff, ensure standards of care, coordinate with clinicians, and support a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees resident care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinating resident care with facility personnel and following policies.
• Supervises CNAs during shifts, assigns work, and ensures adherence to standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
