Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an RN Weekend Coordinator in Winter Park, FL. You will coordinate nursing care for residents and oversee clinical staff during weekend shifts to ensure high-quality care and smooth operations.

Active Florida RN licensure is required. Weekend availability and leadership skills are essential to support a compassionate, efficient care team and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Weekend coordinator role with ability to manage care delivery over weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and services for residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
