LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor in Shrewsbury, NJ. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, keep merchandise organized, and collaborate with your team to create welcoming, stylish experiences.

In this role, you’ll use brand behaviors and available tools to drive loyalty and deliver seamless service across in-store and omnichannel channels. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Sales associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy and ability to operate a POS system.
