Job summary

Harmons is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate in Utah to uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards store-wide. Responsibilities include cleaning glass, restrooms, floors, and customer seating areas, plus assisting customers and staff with maintenance issues and training new associates.

Shifts are on Saturdays and Sundays, with pay between $14.00 and $16.50 per hour. This role emphasizes exceptional service and teamwork within the store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas throughout the store.
• Cleans glass, restrooms, tables, and floors; empties trash and recycling bins.
• Assists customers and associates with maintenance issues and provides customer service.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and trains new maintenance associates.
