Job summary

Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Weekend State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a competitive $20/hour wage plus a $3.00/hour bonus for the weekend program.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide personal care including toileting, ambulation, and feeding.
• Assist with medication administration and recording vital signs.
• Support residents with mobility and balance issues using assistive devices as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
